is it easy to blow a porsche 944 1986 N/A engine, and how hard is it to swap the engine from a S2?

i want to race my car, and i want more power on the car i am thinking of replaceing the engine with the S2 and lower the compression rate and than turbo it, how much do you think its going to cost, and do the 944 N/A engine blow heads or gaskets easily.

No, it's not easy to "blow the engine".
Where and how do you want to race the car? You'll want to check the rule books for the clubs that you're considering before making any modifications. Some organizations are more open to mods and others are not. In PCA, you can run in a stock class where you keep the engine completely stock or in a GT class where you can make all the mods that you'd want. 944s are usually not competitive in the GT classes, so if you want to go with PCA, and have a shot to win, forget the mods.
If you're going to race your car, make sure that the timing belt is checked regularly for tension and watch the oil. There is a minor starvation problem that usually won't effect stock engines, but can be addressed with a baffle mod to the ioil pan.

Regarding the S2 engine idea, I would only do that if your engine was blown and you wanted to keep the car. Put a bigger engine in vs the same one. If your engine is running fine, I would put the money into a supercharger, or into a fund for a different car (sell the 944 and buy a 944 Turbo or some other faster car).
Putting the S2 engine in is not easy. I think you need to change the clutch adn maybe flywheel, and there is something goofy with the wiring harness that has caused folks alot of trouble with the speedometer in particular.
