Porsche Design Black Chronograph

Tudor Heritage Chronograph
A few years ago Tudor was a brand that stayed in Rolex's shadow and got forgotten being the second brand of it and creating watches for people that couldn't afford a Rolex timepiece.
Tudor's line of watches was very similar to the Rolex models created with the same exceptional quality but without the inside movement of the Rolex timepieces. Through the years the brand began to take a different direction from Rolex's, producing timepieces with a modern and innovative design.
At the Baselworld 2010, Tudor brought an unexpected surprise, presenting the new Tudor Heritage Chronograph watch based on an original model from the 1970s but with a more contemporary design. The new watch features beveled and polished lug edges, slick shoulders to protect the crown and a high-contrast black, grey and orange interface.
The Tudor Heritage Chronograph comes with a steel case and bracelet, the last one fitted with a vintage seat-belt-inspired cloth strap and the dial available in grey on black or black on gray, conserving the powerful, sporty design of Tudor watches. The 42 mm case has a smart look becoming thicker and wider than the 1970s model, being water resistant at 150 meter.
The design of the dial is a direct homage to the historic partnership between Tudor and Porsche Motorsports. The dial is provided with orange features and equipped with an automatic 45minute chronograph at 9 o'clock and a small seconds counter at 3 o'clock, and includes a small date display window at 6 o'clock.
This modern Tudor Heritage Chronograph timepiece is animated by the self-winding movement, powered by the Valjoux movement giving the velocity and precision that characterizes a sports watch.
The new Tudor Heritage Chronograph watch is obviously an amazing timepiece of Tudor sport collection and a pleasant surprise for the lovers of sport watches.
